Yes. We ship tracked to any Canadian address, including the territories. We don't ship outside Canada.

Paid orders usually leave within 1 to 2 business days. You get a tracking number by email when it does. Transit time depends on the courier and how far you are.

Yes, based on where it ships. In BC that's 5% GST plus 7% PST. Checkout shows an estimate for every province and territory.

Each lot has a manufacturer certificate of analysis. We post them on the Lab reports page as we receive them, matched by lot number.

Third-party manufacturers. Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner. We don't run a lab or make anything ourselves.

Unopened powder: −20 °C, dark and dry. A few days at room temperature in the mail is generally fine. After mixing, keep it at 2 to 8 °C.
