The deal
These terms cover every order from VanPeps ("we", "us"). Ordering means you accept them, plus our research-use rules, privacy policy and refund policy. You must be 18 or older.
Research use only
All products are research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory use. They're not approved by Health Canada and are not for human or veterinary use. You're responsible for lawful handling, storage and disposal.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we issue an order code. Payment is due in full before shipping. We can cancel any order and refund it, including if we think the products will be misused. Prices are in CAD and can change without notice; your order uses the price shown at checkout.
Shipping and risk
We ship tracked within Canada through our fulfilment partner. Risk passes to you on delivery as recorded by the courier.
Product information
Descriptions, molecular weights and CAS numbers are literature values for identification. The manufacturer's COA for each lot is the authoritative description of that lot.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the products involved. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from use other than in-vitro research.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
