Damaged or lost
If a parcel arrives damaged, or tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, contact us within 7 days with your order code (and photos if damaged). We'll reship or refund.
Wrong item
Tell us within 7 days. We'll send the right one and cover returning the wrong one.
Change of mind
Peptides can't be restocked once shipped, so we can't take change-of-mind returns. Unshipped orders can be cancelled for a full refund.
Quality concerns
If you think a lot doesn't match its COA, send us the lot number and what you saw. We'll raise it with the manufacturer and replace or refund confirmed defects.
How refunds are paid
By Interac e-Transfer to the account you paid from, within 5 business days of approval.
